What is the minimum stay?
Our homes are for stays of at least 30 nights, up to six months to begin with.
Are the homes furnished?
Yes. Every home is fully furnished and prepared before you arrive.
Is housekeeping included?
Weekly housekeeping is included to keep your home fresh.
How do I book?
Choose a home, check your dates and send an enquiry. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the agreement.
What about deposits and payment?
Each home lists a deposit and payment summary. Details are confirmed before you move in.
Can I extend my stay?
Often, yes — subject to availability. Let us know and we'll do our best.
For owners
How much rent will I receive?
We agree a fixed monthly rent in advance, based on an assessment of your property.
Who looks after my property?
Cozy Nest prepares, cleans and monitors the home throughout the lease.
Do you carry the occupancy risk?
Yes. Your rent is fixed whether or not the home is occupied.
What documents do you need to start?
Only the details in the submission form. Ownership documents are handled privately after review.
How long is the lease?
We agree the lease length together, based on your preference and the property.
